Overall description The rated power is 12KW, the furnace shell adopts double-layer Q235 carbon steel plate, the surface is treated with anti-rust and high temperature resistant baking varnish, and the furnace shell adopts double-layer air-cooled structure. The hearth is made of high purity alumina polycrystalline fiber. The length of the heating zone is 900mm (three sections are 300mm), and the quartz pipe diameter is Φ100mm. 2
Heating system Intelligent PID adjustment, microcomputer control, resistance wire heating, K-type thermocouple 3-way independent temperature measurement and temperature control, maximum heating temperature 1200 ℃, common temperature ≤ 1150 ℃, heating rate 1-10 ℃/min, temperature control accuracy 1 ℃. Configuration of over-temperature, off-couple, leakage protection function. 3
Vacuum system Equipped with dry pump and Roots pump, the pumping speed is 35-60m3/h, the vacuum range is 1-100Pa, and nitrogen and argon can be passed.
