Heating system Intelligent PID adjustment, microcomputer control, resistance wire heating, K-type thermocouple temperature measurement, maximum heating temperature 1200 ℃, common temperature ≤ 1100 ℃, heating rate 1-10 ℃/min, temperature control accuracy 1 ℃. Configuration of over-temperature, off-couple, leakage protection function. 3
Vacuum system Equipped with dry pump and Roots pump, the pumping speed is 35-60m3/h, the vacuum range is 1-100Pa, and nitrogen and argon can be passed.
