Responsibilities:
1, according to the equipment process requirements of the design of electrical system, drawing electrical system schematic diagram;
2, the preparation of equipment electrical data and drawings, including: electrical list/layout/wiring diagram, assembly process guidance;
3. Write equipment control program (PLC)/touch screen program/Kingview software and simulation test according to process requirements;
4, the development of materials, finished product quality determination methods or standards, to provide a basis for quality inspection;
5. Guide the production department to install and test, assist in quality control, and continuously optimize and reduce the cost;
6. Debug the equipment according to the process requirements, record the problems and data during the debugging process, and analyze in depth;
7. Guide after-sales technical support personnel.
Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in machine/electricity/automation, familiar with PID and other control theories;
2, More than 3 years experience in electrical design
3. Familiar with electrical design principles, materials and processes, familiar with RS485/232/ModbusTCP/EtherCAT industrial bus, working experience in industrial heating furnace is preferred;
4, with strong problem analysis and solving ability and good practical ability, good safety awareness and technical training ability;
5, logical thinking structure words thinking ability, learning consciousness and ability;
6, have a good sense of team, strong communication and coordination ability;
