Responsibilities:
1, engaged in non-standard equipment design or vacuum equipment design work, complete the mechanical design process drawings and technical documents;
2. Complete the preparation, filing and distribution of drawing design, production process, instructions and related technical documents;
3. Participate in the trial production and testing of products, solve the problems in the trial production process, and improve the products to meet the requirements of product performance indicators;
4. Assist the production department in equipment installation, debugging and maintenance, solve technical problems in production and provide technical support and training;
5, responsible for the production of stereotyped products technical services and technical improvement work.
6. Technical support for procurement, production and other links;
7. Other work assigned by superior leaders.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design, automation, electromechanical and other related majors;
2. At least 5 years of mechanical design experience, semiconductor industry equipment development experience is preferred;
3. Have a solid theoretical foundation, rich knowledge and experience in the design, production and testing of finishing parts;
4, have good manual operation ability, can skillfully complete the equipment assembly test;
5. Proficient in various related mechanical design software, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro-E, etc;
6, have a sense of responsibility, strong self-learning ability, can travel for a short time.
